1. CHECK-IN:
We have Plexiglass panels on the reception counter to respect the distance;
Our staff will wear masks during the check-in and check-out procedures;
At the antrance, it will be check body temperatures;
Customers are required to wear the mask. "Donna Giulia, Residenze Italiane" will provide disposable gloves, masks and make hand sanitizing gel available to guests.
2. BREAKFAST:
We have changed the position of our tables to respect the distance;
For our guests safety, the room breakfast service will be required with no extra cost.

3. ROOM CLEANING
We have adopted all the safety protocols for cleaning the rooms;
at the departure of each guest, the room is sanitized with certified products.
ALL THE PROTOCOLS ADOPTED BY "DONNA GIULIA, RESIDENZE ITALIANE" ARE AVAILABLE AT THE RECEPTION.
